How to Sponsor
Deadline: Sunday, September 13, 2026. You must submit for sponsorship by this date to be included in any printed materials.
To secure your spot, please complete our online sponsorship form and submit payment via our online portal, Zelle, or check.
High-resolution logo files are required for marquee and signage visibility. All local business sponsorships can be credited toward a specific child’s class fundraising total for rewards!

The deadline to secure your sponsorship is Sunday, September 13, 2026. Missing this deadline may result in your business missing out on marquee visibility and event signage, as printing and fabrication schedules are strictly maintained.
What logo files do you need and where do I send them?
We require high-resolution logo files (preferably vector format such as .AI, .EPS, or high-res .PNG) for marquee and signage visibility. Please submit your files through the sponsorship form or email them directly to ptopageprimary@gmail.com.
Is my sponsorship tax-deductible and can I get a receipt?
Yes! The J.B. Page Primary PTO is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All sponsorships are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We provide donation receipts for all contributions; our EIN is available upon request.
How do I sponsor for a family or child’s class credit?
Local business sponsorships can be credited toward a specific child’s class total for Dance-A-Thon rewards. When completing the sponsorship form, please specify the student name and teacher to ensure the class receives proper credit!
